Service-Based Business

Fraxylonghim provides personal style curation services, including consultations, wardrobe editing, and styling advice. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from product-based retailers.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing exceptional styling services and ensuring client satisfaction with every consultation and recommendation.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.

Consultation Refunds

Refunds for consultation services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the service did not meet the agreed-upon scope or standards.

To request a refund, contact us with details of your appointment and specific concerns. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Partial refunds may be offered if only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory or incomplete.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full appointment fee.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Contact us by phone or email to reschedule. We will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.

Third-Party Items

Fraxylonghim does not sell clothing or accessories directly. We provide styling recommendations and may assist with personal shopping.

Any items purchased from third-party retailers based on our recommendations are subject to those retailers' return policies.

We are not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds of items purchased from other retailers.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify the scope of your booked service, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Additional services requested during or after your appointment may incur extra charges, which will be communicated clearly before proceeding.

Exceptional Circumstances

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns about our services. Most issues can be resolved through direct discussion.

If you wish to file a formal complaint, please submit it in writing to our contact address or email.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

Refund Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email when possible.
