Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Clients must treat our staff with respect and maintain appropriate conduct during consultations and appointments.

Clients are responsible for any damage to property or items during styling sessions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Styling Recommendations

All styling recommendations are provided as professional advice and guidance. Final purchasing decisions remain with the client.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from following our styling recommendations.

We are not responsible for the quality, fit, or condition of items purchased from third-party retailers based on our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

Fraxylonghim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
